Shipping & Returns
We have a door to door free shipping in the territory of the USA (lower 48 States). All of our prices on our website contains the shipping fee.
Your order will ship on a major truck line and deliver to anywhere in the lower 48 USA. Customers are responsible for offloading the ordered equipment from the delivery truck. This can be done with a forklift, tow truck, backhoe, or 4-5 strong people. The driver is not required to help unload your machine. The driver is not required to drive onto your residence if he feels it is dangerous to him, his truck, or your property.
We ship to your confirmed address only. If you provide a business name, we assume you are open 8 AM-5 PM however we will contact you to confirm.
Canadian customers, please contact us for extra shipping costs.
Customs clearance fee is not included in the shipping cost.

We ship the ordered product until the port you wish (for example port of Sydney-Australia), it calls CIP – Carriage and Insurance Paid to. When the customs just happened in your port then you have to manage the delivery from there to your shop or warehouse and also the customs clearance and cover the costs of these.
Also note that under $30 in case of USA shipping and under $150 in case of international shipping we may charge you the postage.

You are responsible for any return charges and storage charges. You may return any item within 30 days of the original purchase for a refund or replacement. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us on our number or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and return shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. Gamma Trade Llc is not responsible for damaged equipment. If a free local training at the customer’s place belonged to the item and the training already had been done, then the customer needs to pay back its fee.
We charge for international buyers a 40% restocking fee and return shipping cost.
