We have a door to door free shipping in the territory of the USA (lower 48 States).

Almost all of our prices on our website contain the shipping fee but there are some products that do not include free shipping.

Your order will ship on a major truck line and deliver to anywhere in the lower 48 USA.

Shipping time

Shipping from stock takes 4-12 business days, from the factory in 8-10 or up to 16 weeks.

Customers are responsible for offloading the ordered equipment from the delivery truck. This can be done with a forklift, tow truck, backhoe, or 4-5 strong people. The driver is not required to help unload your machine. The driver is not required to drive onto your residence if he feels it is dangerous to him, his truck, or your property.
We ship to your confirmed address only. If you provide a business name, we assume you are open 8 AM-5 PM however we will contact you to confirm.

Canadian customers, please contact us for extra shipping costs.
Customs clearance fee is not included in the shipping cost.

We also deliver worldwide.

We ship the ordered product until the port you wish (for example port of Sydney-Australia), it calls CIP – Carriage and Insurance Paid to. When the customs just happened in your port then you have to manage the delivery from there to your shop or warehouse and also the customs clearance and cover the costs of these.

Also note that under $60 in case of USA shipping and under $300 in case of international shipping we may charge you the postage.

General Return Requirements

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Original shipment & handling charges are non-refundable.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or normal signs of test usage are expected, but any machine showing excessive wear or damage from abuse or neglect will be pro-rated for the refund. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged dirty, scratched, missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any shipping costs (including discounted or free shipping in some cases) incurred by GammaTrade, LLC. additional shipping, and/or crating charges will be subtracted from the refund. This policy covers the machine and its original standard accessory package only. Any optional tooling purchased is not returnable. Software is not refundable, and will not be credited if a machine is returned for any reason. Custom-built units such as unique size spray booth or preparation rack, tire changer, or wheel repair truck or trailer cannot be returned for any reason other than warranty. The return policy applies only to regular orders. Institutional, dealer, or other bulk sales orders are not covered by this policy. Unauthorized Non-Warranty returns may be assessed additional restocking fees, returned to sender (freight collect), or disposed of without credit issuance as Gammatrade discretion. 

BEFORE returning any item, send an email at office@gammatradeusa.com to obtain a valid RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) number. This gives us the invoice number, product name and code or the part number, and the reason you want to return it. Goods returned to without a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number will not be accepted and we will not process your return or credit your account without a Return Goods Authorization number. Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Before exchanges, any item, send an email at office@gammatradeusa.com to obtain an Exchanges Goods Authorization (EGA) number. This gives us the invoice number, product name, and code or the part number, and the reason you want to exchange it.

Goods Exchanges without a valid Exchanges Goods Authorization (EGA) number will not be accepted and we will not process your Exchanges, without a Return Goods Authorization number. Depending on where you live, our warehouse stock, and factory capacity, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Before returning your product, you should ask us by email, which is the exact return address. For the wrong shipping address, we can’t warranty that we will receive your returned or exchanged item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If there is any visible shipping damage to the machine, Gammatrade LLC. will refuse to accept the machine or other accessories from the carrier. All claims for this matter shall pass on to the buyer to be dealt with the carrier he/she has hired. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURNS are subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Gammatrade LLC will issue your refund within 30 days of your acceptance of the refund offered. Refunds will only issue to the original payment method that you used while placing your order. Refunds (if applicable). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. GammaTrade LLC, will notify you of any pro-rated discount  (if applicable) within 20 days of receipt and you will have 20 days to dispute any discount. We strongly urge you to document your machine condition with dated photos before the return. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for example many manufacturers have a higher re-stocking charge, in which case the higher re-stocking charge will apply. (if applicable) From international buyers we do not accept any return.
